Standard Homestead Exemption

The standard homestead exemption available to all homeowners that occupy their home as a residence.

Homestead exemption for persons sixty-five (65) years of age or over.

Homestead exemption for persons sixty-two (62) years of age or over if gross income does not exceed $10,000. Homestead exemption can be filed year round however: it must be filed by April 1st to apply to the current year.
