The Thomson-McDuffie Industrial Development Authority, located at 149 Main Street, Thomson Georgia, 30824 is requesting bids for sitework at its Stone Industrial Park. The location of the park is just north of exit 175 on Interstate 20, near the intersection of State Hwy 150 and Stagecoach Road.

The Project (Phase A) generally consists of the clearing and grubbing of approximately 46 acres, grading and installation of two stormwater management facilities and the installation of required erosion and sediment control measures and other means and methods required to accomplish the scope of work included in the bid documents.
