Transportation & Leisure Services Supervisor

Full Time

The McDuffie County Board of Commissioners is accepting application for a Transportation & Leisure Services Supervisor for the Senior Center and Transportation Department.

This position plans, directs and supervises activities of the staff and clients of the Council on Aging.  Promotes the establishment of/and directs local programs and services for the aged, such as clinics and hobby groups.  Prepares and distributes public information materials and delivers speeches dealing with services offered and problems of the aged.  Direct and supervises Van/Bus Drivers staff. 

Minimum Job Requirements:  High school graduate or equivalent; a minimum of five years’ experience in a position requiring public contact work; extensive background in general office management including organization, general record keeping, supervision, purchasing and budgeting functions, and general computer technology; CPR and First Aid Certification; Class III operator’s permit
