Court Date

Your assigned court date is located on the front of your citation in the area above your signature.

On non-mandatory charges you have the choice of appearing in court on the assigned court date, or paying the fine prior to that date. If you post a cash bond and you do not appear, your bond will be forfeited and your case will be cleared as guilty by bond forfeiture. If you have a mandatory charge or if you do not pay your fine prior to your court date, you must come to court.
