Mobile Homes

As of November 1, 2023, McDuffie County will no longer issue decals on mobile homes (homestead and non-homestead).  Please see the Resolution 23-18 below. 

 Tax bills for mobile homes will be mailed out in January and are due by April 1st of each year.

I gladly accept partial payments for mobile homes.  They must be set up prior to the due date with a signed agreement and approved by the Tax Commissioner.
